Terms of Service

Next Move Best Move is operated by Rogue Future Labs. When you use the app, you are contracting with Rogue Future Labs. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. You must be old enough to agree to these terms under the law where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Next Move offers wellness tools, gentle planning help, a community, games and connections to outside services. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US or your local emergency number.

Don't misuse Next Move Best Move. That includes unlawful use; fraud, spam or unauthorized sales; harassment, hate or harmful impersonation; infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights; distributing malware; probing, scraping or interfering with security; bypassing technical limits; reverse engineering; or reselling or redistributing the service. We may refuse or remove content and restrict features to protect people and the service.

Next Move Best Move, its software, documentation, design and branding belong to Rogue Future Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. You retain rights in content you submit and confirm you have permission to submit it. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and moderate the service. Rights-holder complaints can be sent through Contact & Support; repeated infringement may lead to content removal or account restrictions.

Keep your sign-in details private and the information you give us accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Paid memberships such as Plus renew each month until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics follow Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

The optional AI guide may produce incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable answers. Do not rely on it as medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for having rights to material you submit, for checking outputs, and for how you use them. Do not use it for illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate or harassment, malware, security attacks, or attempts to bypass safeguards. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, and restrict repeated or serious misuse.

Next Move Points are earned through activities in the app. They are not cash, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and cannot currently be withdrawn as cash. Reward selection, quantity and availability may change and depend on the Rewards Pool being funded.

We work hard to keep Next Move running, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The app is provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. Community-only issues generally restrict Community access rather than essential support tools. You can stop using Next Move Best Move and request account deletion at any time; information will then be handled under the Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.

You are responsible for your choices, content and unlawful use. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover claims and reasonable costs caused by your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the app grows. If we make big changes we'll say so in the app, and continuing to use Next Move means you accept the updated terms.
