Terms of Service

Next Move, Best Move is operated by Rogue Future Labs. When you use the app, you are contracting with Rogue Future Labs. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. You must be old enough to agree to these terms under the law where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Next Move, Best Move is a wellness, organization, community and support tool. It connects you to services, games, literature, meetings, professionals and resources. It does not provide medical, mental-health, addiction-treatment, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. You are responsible for your own choices.

If you are in crisis or facing an emergency, do not rely on this app. Call or text 988 in the US, call 911, or contact your local emergency number or crisis line.

Keep your sign-in details private and the information you give us accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Don't misuse the app: no unlawful use, fraud, spam, harassment, hate, harmful impersonation, infringing others' rights, distributing malware, probing or interfering with security, bypassing technical limits, or reselling the service.

The Community is a supportive space. Bullying, harassment, hate speech and targeting other members are not allowed. We may remove content and restrict Community access to protect people; community-only restrictions generally do not remove access to essential support tools. You can report content through the in-app reporting tools, and moderators review reports.

Next Move, Best Move, its software, documentation, design and branding belong to Rogue Future Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. You retain rights in content you submit and confirm you have permission to submit it. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and moderate the service. Rights-holder complaints can be sent through Contact & Support; repeated infringement may lead to content removal or account restrictions.

Next Move, Best Move Points and Level XP are program features — they are not money, property, an investment, or a promise of any return. Level XP shows your personal progress and cannot be redeemed, transferred, purchased or converted into Next Move, Best Move Points. Next Move, Best Move Points and digital rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, cash-equivalent prizes, withdrawals or any transfer of monetary value.

Where a reward is offered, 10,000 Next Move, Best Move Points is only eligibility to redeem an available, funded $10 reward — it is not a debt, a guaranteed cash payment, or an automatic right to $10. Rewards may have eligibility rules, limits, availability limits, expiration rules, and fraud review, and may be changed, suspended or cancelled, subject to applicable law. The Rewards Pool is funded from a share of revenue at our discretion; it does not create investor rights or a promised return.

Next Move, Best Move Plus is $4.95 per month, renewing each month until cancelled. Plus adds fun extras — personalization, bonus companions, collectibles and extra rewards — while essential recovery, mental-health, crisis and basic executive-functioning resources stay free. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the Plus page using Manage membership, which opens your secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

The optional AI guide may produce incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable answers. Do not rely on it as medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for having rights to material you submit, for checking outputs, and for how you use them. We may filter or refuse outputs and restrict repeated or serious misuse.

We work hard to keep Next Move, Best Move running, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The app is provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can stop using Next Move, Best Move and request account deletion at any time; information will then be handled under the Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.

You are responsible for your choices, content and unlawful use. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover claims and reasonable costs caused by your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the app grows. If we make big changes we'll say so in the app, and continuing to use Next Move, Best Move means you accept the updated terms.
